The site may offer a first memorial portrait sample at no product charge. The purpose of the offer is to allow prospective business customers to evaluate our workmanship. Promotional offers may be changed or ended prospectively, but a change will not alter a sample already confirmed in writing.
5. Photographs, Artwork, and Customer Instructions
You are responsible for the photographs, artwork, names, text, and other materials you provide to us ("Customer Materials"). You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority reasonably necessary for us to use the Customer Materials to perform the requested work and that your instructions do not require us to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to copy, crop, edit, restore, format, reproduce, and otherwise use Customer Materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate an inquiry, prepare a sample or proof, manufacture the requested product, fulfill and support the order, maintain appropriate business or warranty records, and comply with law.
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers, medical records, or unrelated highly sensitive information with Customer Materials.
6. Photo Editing, Proofs, and Customer Review
Minor photo restoration or editing may be included as described on the site or in your order terms. The quality of the finished image depends in part on the quality, resolution, color, crop, lighting, and condition of the source material.
If we provide a proof or ask for approval, you are responsible for reviewing names, dates, crop, orientation, requested edits, and other visible details before approval. Changes requested after approval or after production begins may affect timing or cost.
7. Product Appearance and Manufacturing Variation
Images displayed on screens can differ from physical porcelain because screens, source photographs, image processing, ceramic materials, firing, and lighting all affect appearance. Reasonable variations in color, tone, finish, dimensions, or positioning that are inherent in personalized ceramic production do not necessarily indicate a defect.
8. Shipping
The website currently describes monthly tile shipping and the following free-shipping thresholds:
- Contiguous U.S.: free shipping on monthly orders of 5 tiles or more.
- Noncontiguous U.S. territories: free shipping on monthly orders of 5 tiles or more, plus the stated $10 surcharge per shipment.
- Canada: free shipping on monthly orders of 8 tiles or more.
- Other international locations: free shipping on monthly orders of 10 tiles or more.
Shipping terms in your written quote or order confirmation control if they differ from the website. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. International recipients are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage, import requirements, or similar charges that are not expressly included in our written order terms.
9. Workmanship Warranty and Product Issues
Our site advertises a lifetime workmanship warranty. Any warranty claim is evaluated according to the product, the circumstances of the issue, and any warranty or order terms supplied with the transaction. The website does not expand or reduce any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Memorial portraits are personalized products. Because eligibility for changes, cancellations, returns, replacements, or credits can depend on the production stage and the reason for the request, the applicable quote, invoice, order confirmation, or written customer-service communication will control. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
11. Civico1314 Content and Intellectual Property
The site design, text, logos, graphics, product information, and other content supplied by Civico1314 are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for legitimate business evaluation and purchasing purposes.
